The Journey Works was founded by Kristin Costello, an executive advisor, certified coach, storyteller, and Chief Operating Officer at Blanchard, a global leader in leadership development and coaching.
With more than 25 years of executive experience, Kristin’s work blends insight, empathy, and strategy to help people and organizations align ambition with authenticity and move forward with purpose. Her approach draws on real human seasons: expansion, loss, transition, resilience, reinvention, and becoming.
